SteeleI put a lot of focus into helping others heal from trauma. I am trained in EMDR therapy and utilize this modality to also heal early trauma (Ages 0-3), this is often present when we can't quite figure out why our mind and body are always on high alert.

Most of my adult life has been associated with travel and experiences as both a military wife and a former military member. I graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 2014, with a B.A in psychology. From there, I commissioned in the U.S Army as a Field Artillery Officer. As I was transitioning out of the military in 2017, I knew my passion was social work. In 2020, I earned my Master of Social work degree from Louisiana State University. Since then, I worked in a substance use outpatient program in the state of Alaska, where focus was primarily on addiction, but work on co-occurring disorders was almost always necessary.

My family and I have finally planted our roots in Pensacola, Florida, where I am building up my private practice for in-person and telehealth services. I am excited and honored to be the person that you trust to help guide you through the healing process. By the way, I am quite funny. At least that is what I have been telling myself all these years.
